It’s taken its time but it’s here! Eléctrico Mezcal, straight from San Baltazar Guelavila.

We’ve been waiting to bring this to you for six years. Eléctrico Mezcal is coming this year. We’ve tried it… a few times… We can’t wait any longer to share it with you.

Jackie, our mezcalera-in-waiting learns from her father and has big ideas for the future of Eléctrico Mezcal.

Eléctrico is Environmental, we sell the agave-infused charcoal we create to our local chicken restaurant.

Our heritage comes through the women in the Eléctrico Mezcal family.

Eléctrico is Environmental, we use the bagasso as fertilizer for our maguey and sell the rest cheaply to our neighbours.

Our copper alembics, or stills, are part of the same tradition as in Scotland. No wonder Scotch drinkers like Eléctrico Mezcal.

Eléctrico Mezcal owes everything to our beloved animals. This is Marfil the wonderhorse… and she knows who’s boss.

Everything at Eléctrico Mezcal is about care and attention… and three generations of experience.

Maestro Cirino knows just by looking at the bubbles what the alcohol content of Eléctrico Mezcal will be. The FDA need a little more assurance.
